Mission
At the ‘core’ of most (if not all) successful for-purpose organisations are people who are fully committed to, trust in and seek to advance the organisation’s purpose. This is the ‘people-purpose’ (‘P-P’) connection. This doesn’t just happen by chance – and, even if it exists, it cannot be taken for granted.
There are numerous factors which underpin the P-P connection and the overall culture of an organisation.
Organisational policies, practices, and processes do not, by themselves, guarantee a strong P-P connection, a healthy culture or financial success. But policies, practices and processes which are compliant with legal and regulatory requirements and firmly embedded in the purpose and values of an organisation, provide a framework which can help organisations seeking to establish, maintain or build a strong P-P connection and healthy culture.
Core Law & Advisory will help organisations ensure that their organisational and people policies, practices, and processes provide the right framework upon which their P-P connection and organisational culture goals can be pursued.

We will provide impartial and independent advice and services in organisational and people/stakeholder management, policies, practices, and processes. The advice and services include as follows:
-
Preparing and writing policies and processes which are firmly embedded (or need to be) in the purpose and values of the organisation.
-
Undertaking reviews and/or audits of existing workplace policies/ processes/ overall culture, and
-
Acting as an independent reviewer of people-based workplace processes already undertaken by the organisation (for example, a review of the handling of a workplace complaint where one or both of the parties are dissatisfied).
Professional writing services
Many for - purpose organisations, particularly those operating as NFPs, use grant funding (government and/or other philanthropic) as a key source to maintain and/or grow their operations. While these grants may be ‘core’ to the ongoing financial sustainability of an organisation, many organisations do not have the in-house capacity or experience to prepare the submissions and/or reports required for many grant applications.
We will assist client - organisations in the preparation and writing of grant applications, submissions, and reports.
